Genshin Impact revenue hits $1 Billion in less than six months

 miHoYo's Genshin Impact surpassed $1 Billion in player spending in less than six months, marking it fastest mobile game to hits that milestone (Pokemon GO took nine months), according to sensor tower. Breath of the Wild themed-like action RPG, Genshin Impact released in September 28, 2020. It received "generally favorable reviews". The game saw 23 million downloads on mobile platforms and generates $60 mn revenue within a week after its launch. Mobile version of Genshin Impact frequently generated revenue. It grossed $245 million in its first month and $393 million in the first two months. Its revenue hits $874 in just five months. While Pokemon GO grossed $207 million in its first month. Free-to-play game, Genshin Impact revenue soared to $1 bn in less than six months. This does not even include PS4 revenue and PC revenue. Genshin Impact first released in September 2020 for Android, IOS, PS4 and Windows.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles has passed 1 million copies sold in just two weeks after its launch.   Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba franchise continuous to grow. The first Demon Slayer game has sold 1 million copies worldwide. It includes both shipment and digital. In Japan, the game sold 94.849 copies on PS4 and 20.187 copies on PS5 physically in its first week.   Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles is a 3D fighting game developed by CyberConnect2, the Studio also developed Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot which released in 2020. The game has both single-player and multiplayer modes.   The Manga series has over 150 million copies in circulation (including digital copies). Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Train movie was the highest grossing film of 2020. It grossed over $503 million at the worldwide box office.   A mobile game titled Kimetsu no Yaiba: Keppu Kengeki Royale is expected to be released in 2022....
